Canadian Politicians and Crack Cocaine

We seem to be having issues with our Canadian politicians and crack cocaine, first Mayor Rob Ford, now this small-town Alberta councillor facing a crack cocaine charge has resigned. Wayne Niblow had been an Irricana councillor for five months when police arrested him.
